A new video feature here at workready.info features four local education leaders discussing the benefits of the National Career Readiness Certificate and Certified Work Ready Communities. These stakeholders commented on why the NCRC is the best vehicle to test work readiness, the motivation for students, connectivity to the workforce, opportunities for collaboration and growth in quality. Many thanks to Holley Goodnight from the Carthage Technical Center, Ken Rhuems from Crowder College, Chad McDonald from the Carpenters Union Joint Apprenticeship Program, and Rob O’Brian from the Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce for sharing their testimonials.
