List your job openings on jobs.mo.gov for thousands of job seekers in Southwest Missouri, statewide and in neighboring states to see. If you choose, our system can prevent candidates from seeing your listing if they do not meet all of your requirements. You can enter the data for the job order yourself through a secure log-in or we can assist you. In fact, jobs.mo.gov is the only online job bank with live and local customer service! Any help you may need is simply a phone call away with the Business Solutions Center.
If you enter and manage the job order yourself, you will have access to search resumes in jobs.mo.gov for candidates who meet your hiring criteria, but who haven’t yet responded to your job listing.
If you prefer not to have job seekers come to your business to fill out an application, we can take care of that for you at the job centers in Joplin and Monett. The center helps review the applications with job seekers to make sure they have an opportunity to meet your hiring requirements before forwarding the applications to you.
